6 all-natural cleaning products that will make your house shine

Universal organic cleaning products

• 30% rubbing alcohol
• 20% vinegar
• 50% distilled water
• 20 drops of lemon essential oil

The amounts depend on the chosen dish. You can prepare a large amount and you can keep in a bottle or jar for later use. Put a small piece of soap in a bucket full of water and clean as usual.

Homemade cleaning products for tiles and porcelain

These natural cleaning products have various usages, but will be the perfect ally in the bathroom. They are used for cleaning tiles, bathtub or sink. Thus, you can make porcelain and silver objects shine.

Mix lemon juice with water. Enter a sponge in this liquid and wash the areas mentioned above. If dirt persists, leave the solution act for a while, then rub well. Finally rinse with warm water.

You can clean bathroom surfaces with vinegar (after you’ve cleansed them of germs with water and lemon). Allow the vinegar to act overnight and rinse with water the next morning.

Oven degreasing products

Take a clean cloth and soak it in hot water (hot as you can stand) and wash the whole oven. Prepare a concoction made of water and baking soda and apply it on the whole surface. Let it stand overnight. All you have to do is to rinse it the next day.

Natural dishwashing liquid

This recipe is ideal for those who have a dishwasher at home because it leaves the dishes, glasses and cutlery clean and with a pleasant lemon scent. In addition, it’s more economical. Here are the necessary ingredients:

• 3 lemons
• 200 grams of coarse salt
• 100 ml of white vinegar
• 200 ml of water

Wash and chop the peeled lemons, then place them in a blender. Add the salt, vinegar and water. Mix everything at high speed. Put the mixture in a saucepan over medium heat and boil for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally with a wooden spoon. Be careful because it can stick to the pan’s bottom.

Pour the mixture into a container and let it cool. When cool, stir slightly to remove the shell formed. Close the container tightly and store it in the refrigerator. Use 2 tablespoons of detergent per wash.

Organic detergent with ashes bleach

This detergent is easily prepared. You can use the stove or fireplace ashes. You should know that you can use only the ash resulted from burned wood or paper. The stronger the wood, the extra quality bleach will be. Don’t forget to wear gloves and goggles if you have sensitive skin. Avoid skin contact during preparation.

Sift the ashes. The more white and burnt the ash, the better the bleach will be. In a bowl, place 5 parts water and 1 part hot ash. Cover it with a cloth and leave it for a day or two, but stir occasionally. Finally, strain the product through a cheesecloth.

You got a liquid slippery to the touch. This is a powerful detergent. Put a potato or an egg in the liquid. If it floats, the preparation is ready for use, if it sinks, add more ash. You can use this as a liquid detergent, or you can dilute with water. Keep it in airtight bottles.

This ash bleach is used for cleaning objects to be sterilized, such as sieve, colander.

Natural room freshener

Use this spray if you want to get rid of odors from the house and stop using chemicals that can hurt you.

You need a glass container with metal stopper. Fill one-quarter with baking soda and add 8 drops of essential oil.
Put the cap and mix the ingredients well. Using a nail, make a hole in the stopper. Place the container anywhere in the room. When the scent disappears, repeat this process.
