Using only laundry detergent is not enough to remove grease stains out of fabrics. After the garment dries, you can still see a yellowish stain on it which destroys the fabric over time. Anyhow, you should know that there are some incredibly effective tricks that will easily remove grease stains out of your favorite clothing piece.

Hair spray will easily degrease fat stains on clothes

Spray a consistent layer of hair spray over the fat stain. Don’t allow the hair spray to dry. Wait a few minutes, and then wash your coat with water and liquid laundry detergent. Rinse well and hang it outside to dry. You will see that the fat stain will magically disappear.

The aloe vera gel “washes out” the fat stains

You already know the great benefits of aloe vera gel for health, but you should know its amazing properties when it comes to remove fat stains out of fabrics.

First, let the stained garment to soak in water for half an hour.

Remove it from the water, squeeze it and spread the aloe vera gel over the grease stain. Rub the fabric between your hands, so that the aloe vera gel to penetrate deep into the fabric, and then rinse the clothing item with clean water. Leave it to dry in the sun and you will notice that no fat stains are visible anymore.

Hydrogen peroxide – cleans and whitens

Spray hydrogen peroxide over the fat stain, and then sprinkle 1 teaspoon of laundry detergent (powder) and 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Use an old toothbrush to rub the stain and to thoroughly mix (incorporate) those 3 ingredients and clean the stains well. You can also add hydrogen peroxide if the paste is too dense. Leave these three ingredients to act for half an hour, and then wash the clothing item like usually.
