You can fell the summer sun in your apartment? I bet that the last thing you’d like is to sit next to the hot iron table with a bunch of clothes next to you. That is why I will offer you some useful solutions so you won’t have to iron your clothes anymore.

Here’s what you need to be careful:

Doing the laundry: use a short washing cycle. A long cycle, over 90 minutes, let’s say, will make your clothes wrinkled. Therefore, if the laundry is not very dirty, choose a short washing cycle.

Temperature. Also do your laundry at low temperatures, because hot water will badly wrinkle the clothing fibers.

Detergent. Use a soft detergent. First of all, a soft detergent won’t attack the fabric, and secondly it will be soft with your laundry, without wrinkling them so much.

Natural Remedies. Replace the laundry softener with vinegar or citric acid. You don’t have to worry that your clothes will catch that pungent vinegar smell, because you have to add 2-3 tablespoons of white vinegar in the laundry softener compartment.

The washing machine. It’s very important not to overload your washing machine. First of all, too much laundry won’t be washed very well, and it’s inevitable not to wrinkle them.

Stretch them straight away. Don’t leave your clothes in the washing machine! After the washing cycle has ended, remove and stretch them while they’re still wet. If you leave them inside, even for a few minutes, they will wrinkle and you will have to sue the iron.

Shake them. Before spreading them on the dryer, shake well each garment piece. The fabric will stretch naturally.

Fold them. After they dry up, just fold each garment at the time, and place them in the wardrobe.

Follow the above steps and you won’t have to iron your clothing anymore.
