Mold is an uninvited guest everywhere, because of its appearance and by the harmful effects it has on our health. Babies and children should not sit in a room that is altered by mold, because it can cause severe allergies and even asthma.
Here are two simple and inexpensive ways to get rid of mold: vinegar and baking soda.

In order to prepare the vinegar solution that removes mold, you should use water too.
Experts believe that this trick works best if the wall is sprayed with a solution of vinegar and water (2 parts water, 1 part vinegar). Let the solution act a few hours and wipe the mold with a brush or with a damp cloth (cover your nose and mouth with a special mask).

If the smell of vinegar bothers you, add a few drops of essential oil. Studies show that vinegar destroys 82% of mold spores, and all viruses and bacteria. Also, vinegar prevents mold recurrence.

Baking soda is another handy ingredient that is useful in removing mold. It can be used both diluted in water or in a water-vinegar mixture.
Spray the area, let it act a few hours and wipe with a damp cloth. Baking soda is a natural and a very soft disinfectant, so it will leave no odor.
